Shi Yuejun (Chinese: 石悦军; pinyin: Shí Yuèjūn;
March 5, 1971 in Liuhe, China - December 20, 2006 in Tonghua, China) was a Chinese serial killer who between September 24, 2006 and September 29, 2006 murdered 12 people and wounded four in Tonghua, Jilin Province. On September 29, 2006, Yuejun was arrested and sentenced to death on November 26, 2006. On December 20, 2006 Shi was executed. [1]

Shi Yuejun killed eight people in rural Jilin province on Sunday and killed five more while on the run from police, the China Daily reported.
Shi left another four injured, three seriously, the report said.
The dead included four members of the same family, according to earlier local newspaper reports.
The 37-year old professional pig butcher was finally caught in a cornfield near his hometown after a hunt involving 14,000 people, including 2,000 police.
Police did not explain what sparked Shi's rampage.
"Local people said that he had a history of psychological problems," the report said.
